The dress can be worn with straps or without. The straps have plastic hooks that attach to the inside of the dress. The dress has a rubbery strip along the inside top to hold it securely against your skin if choose to wear it without straps. Italso has a back zipper andtop button closure.Alsocomes with an extra clear button attached to the tag.

Waist has a pleated band and the dress also has pockets in the front that are hid by pleats in the skirt. Very cute and fun to wear to parties, weddings, or any formal event.
